PoC cannot be cis-scum.

Cis-scum are a special subgroup of white people; as African Americans lack the cultural capital to make informed value judgments to effectively discriminate against trans* persons, it is necessarily impossible for them to be considered cis-scum. Similarly, women and gays cannot be cis-scum. It is only possible for cis, straight, white males to be cis-scum.
